The Founder
Rutger Kramer is a highly motivated and strategic thinker passionate about leadership in software development, project and change management and R&D. He has 20 years of professional experience with IT and management. He holds a master’s degree from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
In August of 2018 he founded Make-Diff as a way to provide strategic advice on issues of growth, development and innovation. He has been involved in several startup companies where AI technology is key in business transformation.
